Two and a half months into 2013 and the signs for the
property market are very positive! As soon as we got back to work in the New Year
we could sense an air of enthusiasm in the market. Both vendors and buyers were
keen to make things happen. Properties were coming to the market at sensible
prices and mortgage lenders were offering better rates and more flexibility.
Coast and Country are pleased to report that as a result of
the above we have had our best ever
month, this February. We have agreed
sales on 28 properties with a value approaching 6 million pounds. We have
agreed sales on 29 properties one month in a previous year, however the overall
value of those properties was lower.
This is great news for our vendors. It also means we expect
to be handing over keys to a number of happy buyers in a few weeks time, when
they move into their new homes.
The number of interesting and exciting new properties coming
to the market is also good. But with sales at current levels we could always do
with more. Our premium marketing and experience is really paying dividends for
our clients, our results speak for themselves. One afternoon recently we held
open viewings on three properties, in the same road simultaneously and agreed
sales on them all. Sales, result in more proceedeable buyers and so it goes on.

properties, family homes and more luxurious property, along with land and
