Coast & Country are among the winners in the UK regional
stage of the International Property Awards 2014-15, sponsored by Gaggenau and
in association with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. There award was the highest
given to any in there category, BEST ESTATE AGENT DEVON. They were delighted to
be singled out as amongst the best in the region against stiff competition and
are particularly proud of the achievement because they believe many of the
other agents locally are of a very high standard.

Diane Cleave and Samantha Anders represented Coast and
Country at a glitzy award ceremony in London. This was held after a Champagne
reception and gala dinner at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, London, where
they received the award on behalf of the whole team.
The award represents a significant achievement for Coast
& Country as entrants are judged against a strict set of criteria and the
company was up against a number of high-profile real estate agents and property
consultants in the county. The Award Winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of
excellence throughout the industry.

The Awards judging panel consists of over 70 highly
respected experts from all over the world and is chaired by three active
members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.
Stuart Shield, President of the International Property
Awards, said he was “very proud” to honour high achievement among the UK’s real
estate agencies and property consultants. He commented, “People working in real
estate often get a bad press and much of the time it’s unjustified. There are
companies offering very high standards of professionalism and service. It’s a
competitive industry and our award winners fully deserve the mark of excellence
